Regular grooming prevents severe matting which can be extremely uncomfortable and painful for your special pup. We will do what is humanely right for each situation, while using the highest quality products.  If it is in the best interest of the pup, then we will release the matting as far as possible from the skin for a complete shave down. De-matting through brushing is an extremely painful process.  Matted shave downs take extra time and skill due to the increased risk of injury. 

Long, unkempt nails aren't just unsightly, they're harmful. They can cause pain, joint issues, and affect posture especially in older dogs. Over time, they can even grow into the paw pad or split, leading to more pain and potential vet visits. The discomfort leads to avoidance, making nail trimming even more challenging.
